The objective of SHRM’s social media content was to reflect its leadership role in the HR industry. With the main focus on providing value, education, and sparking conversation around key HR topics. This included both evergreen content and trending topics relevant to HR professionals

Strategy

  • Focus on showcasing HR best practices, policies. Talking about thought leadership and conferences. BTS of previous conferences as well.
  • Use key metrics to analyse the monthly performance AKA engagement, reach, impressions, best performing posts etc.
  • Leverage high-resolution images, concept images, BTS videos, conference images and real times videos.
  • Developing content for #SHRMIAC campaign, executing speaker posts and other things relevant to the conference and the brand ethos.
  • Implement monthly slot calendars, topical days, moment marketing posts, and engaging stories.
